I have been dealing with Bryan Easler since 2016. We originally traded in a Corolla for a 2016 Rav4...... in 2017, we upgraded to a '17 4Runner SR5 Premium. We've now upgraded to the 2018 4Runner Limited (more safety features) and couldn't be happier!! We always deal with Lee W. in Sales, Jennifer K. in Finance, and John P. in Service!! I would 100% recommend them to anyone. I drive past another Toyota dealer (and go twice the distance) to do business with B.E. Toyota 🙂

UPDATE: The owner of the dealership called today and I was able to finally tell management about our experience. They are more than happy to make things right. We will visit again when we are able. Visited this dealership on Saturday. There were a lot of questionable financial dealings behind closed doors that ultimately led to the deal's demise. The salesman was unprofessional, rude, and condescending. Told me that I'd better hurry to get to another dealership before they closed. He then proceeded to tell us, loudly, that he'd helped us all he could as he held the door to usher us out. I don't care if you have been in the business for 25 years.
